Privacy policy

What information we request

To book an appointment, we request your first name, last name and phone number. Your email address is optional. The notes field is free and optional: use it to tell us anything you would like us to know before your appointment.

If you write something about your health in notes—such as allergies, pregnancy, medication or ongoing treatment—please note that Argentine law considers this sensitive information. Only share it if it is necessary for us to care for you properly, and share no more than needed. We do not share it with anyone outside the team attending you.

We also record the appointment itself: service, professional, date, time, booking code and status. Possible statuses are pending, confirmed, cancelled (by you or the studio), completed, no-show and expired. We also record the date and time you accepted this policy.

How we use it

• Schedule your appointment and organise our professionals’ calendars.
• Contact you about that appointment: to confirm it, let you know about a change or cancellation.
• Keep your appointment history with us, identified by your phone number.

We do not use this information for advertising, create profiles, or make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal information, and do not share it with anyone who does not need to process it for the appointment to work. The providers that do process it, out of technical necessity and always on our behalf, are the infrastructure provider that hosts the site and its database and—when appointment notifications are enabled—the email provider that delivers those messages.

That notification includes your name, phone number, service, date, assigned professional and booking code, because that is what the studio needs to read in order to serve you. None of these providers may use this information for another purpose.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and it has no tracking pixels or third-party scripts. It also does not save anything in the browser of someone using the public website. The only cookie is the administrative-panel session cookie, received only by studio staff when they sign in.

How long we keep it

We keep it while you are a client and then for as long as needed to meet accounting or legal obligations. If you ask us to erase it, we do so except for information we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

At any time and at no cost, you can ask to access the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, update it or ask us to erase it. You can also withdraw the consent you gave when booking; that does not invalidate the use made before that time.

You can exercise these rights through the contact channels published on the website or in person at the studio.

Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information, the authority responsible for enforcing Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326, receives complaints from anyone who considers their rights to have been infringed.
